1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Kuwait only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Delivery Options

We offer the following fulfillment options:

In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may choose to collect their orders from our store.

  • Pickup details will be shared via email or phone once the order is ready.

Home / Business Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Kuwait.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days after dispatch.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Days

Deliveries are made on business days only:

  • Sunday to Thursday

  • No deliveries on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays.


5. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value:

  • Orders below 10 KWD: Delivery charge of 2 KWD

  • Orders of 10 KWD or above: Free delivery

In-store pickup is free of charge.


6. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Delivery updates and tracking information (if applicable) will be provided via:

    • Contact phone number provided during checkout


7. Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

  • If an incorrect address is provided or the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

    • Re-delivery may be rescheduled

    • Additional delivery charges may apply

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Customers must report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

10. Refunds Related to Shipping

  • Approved refunds related to shipping issues will be initiated within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
