1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Wrong items sent
- Change of mind, subject to product condition and eligibility
Returns are not accepted solely for damaged items unless reported with proof and approved.
2. Return Timeframe
- Customers must request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- For wrong or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by Salon Spa Wholesale.
- For change-of-mind returns:
- The first return shipping cost will be covered by Salon Spa Wholesale.
- Any subsequent returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible items.
