1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Kuwait only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Options
We offer the following fulfillment options:
In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose to collect their orders from our store.
Pickup details will be shared via email or phone once the order is ready.
Home / Business Delivery
Delivery is available across Kuwait.
Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days after dispatch.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Days
Deliveries are made on business days only:
Sunday to Thursday
No deliveries on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays.
5. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value:
Orders below 10 KWD: Delivery charge of 2 KWD
Orders of 10 KWD or above: Free delivery
In-store pickup is free of charge.

7. Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery
